IYT (Improve Your Tomorrow)
The IYT (Improve Your Tomorrow) program is a dedicated support system on our campus that empowers young men of color to succeed in high school, college, and beyond. Through mentorship, academic support, leadership development, and cultural empowerment, IYT helps students unlock their full potential and chart a path to long-term success.
Our on site IYT mentors-Jessica, Hosmery, and Monica-play an essential role in this mission. They provide daily support, one-on-one mentoring, goal-setting guidance, and connection to resources both on and off campus. Whether it's helping with classwork, navigating personal challenges, or preparing for college and career opportunities, these mentors are here to uplift, encourage and lead by example. Together, they create a safe and supportive environment where students can grow with confidence, build resilience, and become leaders in their communities.
